Our Story
The Firm Fundamentals was built from a single phone call.
An attorney Cheryl had previously worked with reached out and asked for her help. She knew the level of organization, structure, and leadership Cheryl brought to a law firm—and more importantly, she had seen the results firsthand.
During her time working in a Kitsap County law office, Cheryl spent years refining and perfecting internal systems. The transformation was undeniable. It was said that the office had never been more organized than when she was there.
Before Cheryl’s involvement, the firm was doing fine. Cases were coming in, clients were being taken care of, and settlements were being processed. There wasn’t anything obviously broken.
But there also wasn’t a system.
What Cheryl introduced was structure.
She built a file organization system where anyone in the office could step into a case and immediately understand where things stood.
