Discovery Call
The consultant and attorney will complete a fact finding call, this call will help the consultant determine the best course of action and then will complete a proposal based on the findings.
Select the Level
The Firm Fundamentals will provide three options for the firm to select.
Level 1: Basic Boots-on-the Ground Consulting
Level 2: Intermediate Boots-on-the Ground Consulting
Level 3: Full-Service Boots-on-the Ground Consulting
Hit the Ground Running
Once the engagement letter is signed the consultant will hit the ground running with the consulting. Typically this looks like:
The consultant will perform staff interviews, review filing systems, structure, processes and procedures. We will then provide feedback and help implementing the changes, training staff. We perform quarterly check-ins for accountability purposes, to ensure you are fulfilling the consulting that you paid for.
